Yogasoc runs classes in various styles of yoga - Classical Hatha, Hatha Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Meditation, with classes designed for all abilities (with some more challenging classes!). All sessions are run by qualified and experienced Yoga teachers -  Mirka, Zoe and Michelle and incorporate asanas (postures), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation. 


Mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own if your prefer!


Don't be afraid- all classes are beginner friendly and there is no judgement whatsoever!! Our classes are all about making time for yourself and helping to clear your headspace throughout your studies. We would love to see you there!!


Mirka is focused on the spiritual side of yoga- helping you to reset your body and be at one with your mind-body connection. She loves to incorporate mindfulness and nature into her practice. Playing music in the background to ensure you're relaxed and ready to move through each pose. If you prefer more of a spiritual experience and connecting with your inner zen- come and try a class.
