How it works

1. Download the app from the App Store or Play Store

2. Click "Order" on any SUSU Venue to go to the Dashboard

3. Go to the "Register" tab and click "Sign in with Microsoft"

4. Sign in with your short University email address (ab1c24@soton.ac.uk)

5. Access your QR code and start earning points at SUSU Venues!

FAQs

As a University of Southampton student or staff member you are automatically registered for the SUSU+ App. Download the app from your app store and sign in using Microsoft Sign-in.

Simply scan your QR code at the till and ask the cashier to redeem your points. This can be the full balance or partial payment of the order. 
 

Unfortunately no, to use the rewards scheme you must sign in using Microsoft sign-in.

You can collect points by purchasing anything in the SUSU venues.

  • Redbrick Kitchen
  • The Locker
  • Below Deck

Please note that this will not include coffees purchased in single-use cups.

You can spend your points on multi-item deals, such as The Shop Meal Deal, Coffee & Hot Bake Deal, and Coffee & Pastry Deal. However, you may not see the full benefit of the savings. Please ask a member of the venue staff for more information.

You will receive 3 points for every £1.00 you spend. Each point is then worth £0.01 in vouchers.

No, when you use your points, you will not accrue points on that order.

Points should appear in your app in real time.
Points will be valid until the 31st July each year. They will reset to zero on 1st August.
