Alongside the support offered from The Advice Centre at SUSU, the University has a range of support services available to you. This includes The Student Hub (contactable 24/7 for any questions or concerns), your Personal Academic Tutor and the Academic Skills Service. They are available to every student no matter what your situation.

The Student Hub

The Student Hub is your first point of contact for any queries – contactable 24/7 to help you with questions about wellbeing, disability, careers, fees, financial support, careers and course administration.

Personal Academic Tutor

Your Personal Academic Tutor is normally a member of academic staff in your own or a closely related subject area who will provide academic support and advice throughout your time at University

Student Safety

The Student Safety site is a collaboration between the University of Southampton and Hampshire Police with official, reliable information on how to keep safe while at University, as well as where to find support if you need it.

Cost of Living

From funding and financial support to offers and discounts, the Cost of Living Site brings together all the support available from the University and SUSU in one place.

Academic Skills Service

Access the Academic Skills Service for a variety of resources to help you with your planning, writing, research, and more. You can also get support with your academic skills queries from the expert team via their website.
