looking for someone to take over the tenancy agreement at Westwood road. its a two-bedroom nice flat with shared bathroom and shared kitchen and a living room. rent: £230 per week (each £115, bills excluded) I am a PGR female looking for a female (preferably post-graduate). the current flatmate is leaving on July first which is the start of the contract for 2025-2026
