🏡Looking for one housemate - Tennyson Road🏡

Hi, we are a group of four girls looking for a fifth housemate to join our house at the beginning of July for our second year. We study accounting and finance, film and history and also have two student nurses. We are all girls and preferably looking for another girl to join us. We’re all friends and enjoy both nights out and in and consider ourselves as friendly, clean, and easygoing :) 🏠The house is newly refurbed and is all double beds with three bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and an outdoor space. 📍It is about a 15 minute walk from Highfield Campus and is a 6 minute walk to Portswood Sainsbury’s. 💰The rent is £127 per week and £25 for bills (possibly subject to change).
