2 Rooms in 6 Bedroom Highfield House

Hi everyone! I’m Iris, one of 4 undergraduate girls looking for 2 extra students to join our house for the next year. Our current housemates are completing a year in employment/ industry, but we have loved living here so want to stay. We have 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one upstairs. The house is well located, right next to Highfield Campus (you can see building 44 from our drive!). The Landlady is lovely, helpful and very accommodating. Rent would be £124.20/ w including bills starting from 1st July 2025. As a house we are tidy, friendly and very welcoming. We love planning house activities together like games and movie nights or trips out. We don’t often party but do enjoy the occasional night out together. We are looking for some chill and nice people who would like to be part of the house. Let me know if you are interested!
