Room available from now in Highfield/ Basset area

Double room available £550pm, some bills not included. Current housemates include 2 student nurses, and one engineer (2F, 1M) we're all friendly and sociable. The house is in the flower estate so is only a 5 minute walk from Highfield campus. We're looking for someone clean and tidy, not too loud as two of us spend a lot of our time on placement so like our sleep :) otherwise we're all pretty sociable and get on really well. I also have a little cat called Wilf that lives with us, so free pet therapy comes with the room :) Let me know if interested! Meg
