URGENT 2 Housemates Needed for a house on Burgess Road

We need 2 girls for our house on Burgess Road. It is near McDonald's, and you can take the U6 and U1 buses to get there. The house has 4 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, 2 toilets, 1 bath, a backyard, kitchen, lounge space and a washer and dryer. We might go for excluding bills cause unihomes makes it a little expensive for us. The rent is 2125 per month, which is 531 per person pcm. The house needs a deposit by the end of April, and the first month's rent too but we can discuss that with the agency. We're two second year girls and we prefer living with girls too. The house will be kept clean so you shouldn't worry about that. We're pretty easygoing people so we expect that from you guys too!
