LOOKING FOR ONE GIRL FOR JUL 2025

Hello! You will be living with four 2nd years! We're looking for someone who will help keep the house clean and that is sociable but won't bring many people over often. The house we have is on Harefield Road - 15 minute walk from Highfield campus or a 5 min bus ride and the bus stop is 1 minute walk away from the house. Takes about 20min to Sains if you walk but a 8 min bus ride. In total there are 5 bedrooms, we have 2 toilets; one bath, BUT 2 of the girls swim so they rarely shower at home, so it'll be more of 3 people sharing the bathroom (which is really feasible). The room we have available is on the second floor of the house and it has a double bed and a sink in the room itself. It is £130 pppw INCLUDING BILLS so you don't have to worry about heating during winter or anything like that. The house has a really nice garden and a shed if you have a bicycle. There's also space for parking if needed, and a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully functional and has ample space for 5. It has an open kitchen concept so it's relatively big.
