Looking for 1 more housemate.

Hi, we are looking for 1 more housemate for our house in Highfield starting 1st July 2025. We will be 4 third-year students (3 girls and 1 boy), and the house is 5 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The rent is £126 per week including bills, and there is also off-road parking. We're a moderately quiet group however we do enjoy going out every so often!
