Tenant replacement - looking for 1 girl to join 3 girls in our 4-bedroom flat

Hi! My current flatmates and I are looking for a girl to join our flat for the next academic year (2025-26). We are really welcoming, friendly, kind and tidy and we are looking for someone to replace our friend who will be moving out. We are all currently 2nd years and our flat is located in Bassett (a 15min walk from Highfield campus). Rent is £107.00 per person per week inc. bills. Our flat is clean and we've loved living here the past few months. We have 2 bathrooms (1 with a shower) and a washer and dryer.
