replacement housemate needed

We are a group of third/ fourth year students looking to replace one housemate in our house of six on padwell road. The contract will be July to July starting July first of this year. There is currently four girls and one guy-preferably looking for another guy to fill the space. We all enjoy going out on the weekend and three of our housemates are in swim society so will be going on socials some Wednesdays.
