PhD student looking for a spacious room from 1 July

I'm a second year PhD student looking for a spacious room ideally on the ground floor and at a walking distance to the Highfield campus. I can live with up to 5 people provided there are two bathrooms. I'm tidy and clean in common areas and I expect the same from the others. I never party but I don't mind if others do (within reasonable hours).
