1 Tenant for 2 person flat

Hi I'm Alberto, a 3rd year CS student going into Master's next year. My flatmate is moving out of the house around June and I'm looking for a replacement tenant. I live in a two-bedroom flat on Welbeck Avenue. It's 5 min to Highfield by bus and 8 on foot. Rent is 630£ pppm (158 £ pppw) with no bills.
