One room in a 7-bed house on Burgess Road, Southampton, each bedroom has their own en-suite. The room available to rent is fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk for study. The bathroom is modern and clean, with a brand new shower, toilet and sink. The house itself is modern and only a 10 minute walk to The University of Southampton's Highfield Campus. The house is on the same road as many supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury's, co-op), takeaways, and a 10 minute drive to the centre of town/Westquay.
