(URGENT) One male housemate needed

Hi, we're a group of four engineering students from the Malaysian campus who'll be transitioning to the UK for our 3rd year in September 2025. We're looking for one more male housemate to take a 5 bedroom, 1 bathroom house on Broadlands Road. Toilet and bath are separated. It's £115.5 per person per week (utilities included), for a 12 month contract starting on 25th August. We're an all-guy group, non-halal but can accommodate if needed. We're all clean, friendly and chill, you'll have no problems. We're also not party people, pretty quiet overall.
