Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy as soon as possible- 5 bed student house, Bedford Place. An ensuite double room and fully refurbished kitchen. Housemates are sociable and lovely, all girls house. Rent is £450 a month, and bills package is £24.99 a week (this includes internet). Tenancy ends 23rd July 2025. Please contact me for more details
