Replacement Tenant for Second Semester- Highfield Area

I’m looking for someone to replace me for second semester (January to June) in my 5 bedroom house in the Highfield-Portswood area. It’s a ten minute walk to campus and ten to portswood. 4 friendly clean housemates (3 girls, 1 guy) The room is downstairs at the front of the house has nice natural light, a double bed and standard furniture for a student house. There’s two bathrooms in the house and you’ll share the downstairs one with just one person. There’s a kitchen and living room with plenty of cupboard space for you. Rent is £466 per month and the tenancy period would be 1st January (or as soon as you'd want to start, please state when you contact) to 27th June. The housemates are lovely, 3rd years all focused on their dissertation, only leaving to study abroad second semester.
