Room available from January (Semester 2)

Room available in a 5 bed house available from January. The house is in the Highfield area, less than 5 minutes from Highfield Campus. Housemates are all lovely, mix of 4th years and recent graduates. We are all pretty tidy and social. Big kitchen/living room and nice garden. Anyone interested must like cats as we have one (he is lovely and friendly too)! Rent is £390 per person per month before bills, and we have a fixed bills package which is £80 per person/month. I am planning to travel in the new year (exact date tbc) and so am trying to sort out someone to take over my contract asap so I don't need to be worrying about paying rent as well.
