Tenancy replacement - 3 bed flat

Room available at a 3 bed flat at Columbia Lodge, with a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen and dinning area. 2 really friendly female flatmates. I would love to continue living here but am looking for a replacement tenant due to personal circumstances. Rent is £572 per month including bills and £7pm for wifi with Netflix included. There is a shared bathroom and a separate toilet. A TV-license has already been paid for and the tenancy contract would end 16th July 2025. The flat is walking distance from campus and only about 25 minutes from Southampton City Centre.
