Replace my tenancy

Hi! I’m looking for someone to replace my tenancy at a 4 bed 2 bathroom semi-detached property that’s a 5 min walk from the Southampton Common. Rent is £437.50 a month with bills excluded, but a bills package will be available at only £104 a month for everything. The other 3 tenants moved in on the 7th of July 2024. These tenants are a mixed group of men and women that are in their early 20s and are a mix of young professionals and students.
