Replacement tenant needed ASAP

My shared house is losing two housemates at the begining of 2025, they are looking to move out as soon as possible. Probably looking for a semester 2 student but anyone is welcome. You'll be living with me, a third year boy and two girls who are in work. Rent is £475 per month. House is a 4 bedroom on Argyle Road near the centre with two bathrooms and an extra toilet, a decent sized kitchen and big living room. LGBTQ+ friendly please.
