Hi! I am trying to find someone to replace me in a 5 bed newly refurbished house in Portswood (5-10min walkable to Highfield Campus). The other 4 housemates will all be 2nd year students. The house has a large open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen area, modern decor and furniture, and a landscaped garden. The lockable bedrooms all have double beds, with new white Ikea furnishings, grey wooden floors and clean decor. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and induction hob. The garden is low maintenance and has outdoor seating and a table and chairs. The tenancy is from September 1st 2024 - Jun 30th 2025. The monthly cost is £476.66 plus bills per person, and a deposit of £550 is also required.
