Looking for a spare room for next academic year

I am looking for a room starting in August/September 2025. I am currently doing a placement year ending in late August. I will be going into 3rd year in September and I study Electrical and Electronic Engineering. I am a pretty social person who is down to go out and have a good time with a good work ethic.
