Hiyo, I'm URGENTLY seeking a house sharer for next year in Winchester. We have 3/4 people and are ready to sign. House is within 5 minutes of WSA and bus stops, the smallest room is currently available and the rent is £100pw. If you require a ground floor access there is a ground floor room that you can use (I am semi-mobile and want that room as well but can swap if you require it more), there is 1 internal step to the bathroom. House has single glazed windows and good insulation, no damaged or moisture issues. Please message me if you are interested asap!
