I am looking for someone to take my room in a spacious 6 bedroom house in Bedford place, all of the students living here are 2nd year marine biology students and are all very friendly, rent including utilities is £130pppw. The deposit is 5 weeks rent and the contract is from 1/07/25 - 1/07/26
