Replacement tenant needed until June this year!

House is a 6 bedroom house located on Morris Road in the Polygon, looking for a replacement tenant ASAP as I am moving out due to university issues. House comes with 3 bathrooms and a large social living area and kitchen. The bedroom is well furnished with desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a Queen sized bed. The current tenants are a very welcoming group of both boys and girls, and are friendly and sociable. Price is only £129 a week with bills included!
