Looking for a take-over from July 2025

Hi! I am a PhD student looking for a take-over in a 6 people house near Mayflower Hall. There are courrent 6 PhD students going to move in this property in July (all boys). And there are two bathrooms and one toilet in this house.All of the students here are all pretty clean and caring, also they are really fun guys. The secure money was paid by myself and I won't charge you for this. I want to find someone to take-over my tenancy because I can't really find a guarantor so I might have to end up in student accommodation.
