Replacement tennant needed

We are looking for a tenant to rent a room in our house from December 2024 until mid-April or possibly to the end of June 2025. The house is situated within a 5-minute walk of the University of Southampton Highfield Campus so would be ideal for a student. Currently, the tenants are all students aged 20-23 attending the University of Southampton. The room in question is a large downstairs front room with a bay window. Rent is £390 pcm plus fixed-rate bills at £82.43 pm. Please private message or comment if you are interested and for any photos of the room/house.
