Second-Year PhD looking for a room

I am going into the second year of my PhD and I am still looking for a room. I would prefer to live with other PhD or postgraduate students but this is not essential. Any room would need to start in September as my current contract runs until the middle of the month. I prefer a quieter lifestyle but I am also sociable and friendly. I am also clean and tidy. I also do not mind how many people I live with, the advert just forces you to pick a number!
