Looking for replacement tenant in Portswood

Currently living in a 5 bedroom mixed student house, 2 boys and 2 girls (excluding myself), in Portswood. Rent is £450 per person per month excluding bills. The current bills package (gas, electric and WiFi) is £109 per person per month. Close to Highfield campus, about a 10 minute walk. Housemates are very friendly and tidy. The house has: a kitchen with fridge-freezer combo and an extra separate freezer, induction stove, washer-dryer combo, living room with 2 sofas, toilet downstairs, 2 bathrooms upstairs (one for the boys, one for the girls).
