Looking for a replacement tenant!

We're looking for 1 replacement tenant (preferably a girl) for a 3 bed 2 bathroom flat because our other flatmate dropped out. It's a ground floor flat in Columbia Lodge, Vermont close, SO16 7QL and the rent is £148 pp/pw (all bills included). We're both female undergrads on biosciences degrees, friendly, tidy and it will be quite a quiet flat too.
