1 housemate wanted for a house on Westridge Road

It is a 5 bed house, consisting of 5 double bedrooms. The cost would be £440 per month plus bills. We’re currently a group of first years, 3 females and 1 male. There is a spacious modern kitchen, a lounge with a dining room table, 2 bathrooms, downstairs toilet, a conservatory and a big garden. We are all clean and friendly people. The property is located in Portswood so is close to pubs/ supermarkets/ clubs/ coffee shops. It is a 10 minute bus journey from both Highfield campus and the town centre. The walk to campus from the house would be around 20 minutes.
