Replacement Tenant Needed ASAP

Hi, we are a flat of 3 guys looking for a replacement tenant since our current 4th has had to move out. Located in Portswood just next to Sainsburys. 4 bed 1 bathroom with a Kitchen/ Living room space and a washer dryer. Around £550pp/pm bills included. We study Engineering and Archaeology and aren't too noisy!
