Looking for people to take over tenancy in semester 2 (2026)

Hi, we are a group of 3 medical students and only need accommodation for semester 1 august 25- jan 26) because we are on placement for the latter half of the year. We are looking for a group of students to take over our tenancy when we leave so that between us we can cover a 12 month contract. Our budget is up to £600 per month inc bills and we want to live very close to the high field campus. Let me know if you only need accommodation in semester 2 and are interested in this idea.
