1 person needed in a 4 bedroom house - Northcote Road

We have a free spot in our house for 25/26 on Northcote Road. 2 girls, 1 boy (he basically counts as one of the girls though) all super friendly and clean. 4 bedrooms all of similar sizes with a small double bed in each one, 1 bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, living room and garden. 15 minute walk from campus 10 minute to Portswood high street. Rent is £412.50 per month without bills but they normally come to around £30. Also the loveliest landlord around!
