Room available in Portswood girls flat from February 1st

Looking for someone to take over my room (from February 1st) in Southampton Portswood (close to the Waitrose). The rent is 481 pounds per month for a fully furnished double room, and 13 pounds per month for bills. The house comes with a small garden, parking, 3 bathrooms, open plan kitchen/dining room and living room, washing machine, and dishwasher.
