REPLACEMENT TENANT NEEDED - En-suite room , Hampton Square

Hey! I’m looking for someone to takeover my standard Ensuite Room in Hampton Square student accommodation booking ideally from the start/middle of second semester until the end of the academic year, January 2025 - September 2025 (I am flexible with the dates). It is a 10-15min walk from the University of Southampton Highfield campus (UoS) campus (3min drive), 20 minute walk to Boldrewood Campus, a 15-minute walk from Swaythling Station, 7 - 10 mins drive to Southampton Airport Parkway, 15min drive from Solent University, 15min drive from City College Southampton, 15 minute drive from Southampton Central Station. More about the accommodation: The room is a Standard Ensuite room with a small double bed, fitted wardrobe, Study desk, 100Mbps broadband & wifi, plenty of plug sockets with Shared kitchen/living room TV with 4 others. The common facilities in Hampton Square are the accessible entrance (gated),  on-site laundry facilities, on-site maintenance, on-site parking, storage room for bikes, study spaces, a free on-site gym, common room kitchen. Hampton Square accommodation also offers amenities like pool tables, and a games room. The water, gas, Wi-Fi, and electricity bills are all-inclusive. Hampton offers a high level of security with all the safety measures that are taken to ensure a secure stay at Hampton Square.
