4 Ensuite Rooms on Wilton Avenue - August 2025-26

Hi, I have 4 ensuite rooms that need to be filled on Wilton Avenue for next academic year as my current housemates are graduating. The house has a large living room and kitchen with 2 fridge/freezers, a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. I am currently a second year medical student and am looking for (mostly) tidy housemates who are sociable and happy to be friends. Rent is ~530 pcm including bills.
