Hello there! I am looking for a replacement for my room in a 7 bedroom house (mixed gender, 4 second and 2 first-year students). The house is very spacious, with 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen, a spacious living room and a small garden. The house's location is Spear Road - it is very close to City Center and Portswood (20 min walk to Highfield campus or 5 min bus ride). Aldi is only a 2-minute walk away from the house. The rent would be 114 Pounds per week excluding bills. But as the energy bills get split by 7 people it is not expensive (15-20 Pounds per month sometimes even less). The deposit is 525 Pounds. The house atmosphere is very chill and the tenants are all very lovely and fun! Don't hesitate to contact me for questions!
