Looking for a housemate

Hey there! We are looking for a housemate to rent a spare bedroom in a 5 bedroom house. The house has two bathrooms, a kitchen + dining area, and a small garden. We are an all male household with 4 third-year students. The location of the house is Livingstone Road which is connected to Portswood road. As such there are a multitude of fast food restaurants, barbershops and shopping centres nearby, with Aldi and Sainsbury's within a 10 minute walk. Highfield campus is a 20 minute walk away or 5 mins by bus (bus stops are on portswood road). The rent will be £455 per month excluding utility bills which are estimated at around £60 per person per month; the deposit is £150. Everyone here is quite laid-back and we like to hang out together, either watching films, cooking, or game nights, with the occasional visit to pubs nearby.
