Looking for replacement tenant in Portswood

I am going to be studying abroad next year, so am looking for someone to take my room in my current house. 7 housemates, all current 2nd and 3rd year engineering students (male). Everyone is super friendly and easy to get along with, with diverse interests so it will be easy to fit right in! The house is on Westridge Road in Portswood, a 20 minute walk from Highfield campus, 5 minutes from Sainsbury's. The house has also recently been fully renovated, including an extension and new kitchen with a large communal area and TV. There are also private parking spaces at the house. This tenancy runs from 1st July 2025 until 30th June 2026, and costs £680 per month (£157 per week, including bills). Please get in touch if you might be interested!
