Looking for a 5th for our house next year

Hiya, we're a group of 4 first year guys studying various engineering degrees and we've secured a nice house located between the Lidl and Bevois Valley. It's a 25 min walk to campus and a close walking distance to shops, the city centre and Portswood. It has 5 big double rooms, 2 shower rooms, an open kitchen/living space and a pretty decently sized garden. Rent is £104 a week without bills or £127 a week with bills, so its pretty affordable compared to most of the houses on the market. We're all clean and tidy and pretty easygoing.
