Looking for a room next school year

Hello! I'm Ben, currently a second year geography (ba) student. I'm a quiet and considerate housemate and am always clean. I don't drink often nor do I smoke. Not really the going out to club type, but happy to do other things. I am looking for a room in a house near highfield campus at ideally no more the 500pm. Thanks in advance!
