One housemate needed for 5 bed house - just girls!!

Hiya, our housemate has unfortunately had to drop out of our house so we have a spare room! We’re a group of 4 girls in first year who have a 5 bedroom house on Gordon Avenue for second year, with all double beds. We’re looking for another girl to join us. Our house will be nut free because one member has a severe nut allergy, and just generally clean and nice! The rent is £110 per week not including bills but those will be approximately another £17 per week. Our lease is through Poswall Lettings and runs from 1st July 2025 through to 30th June 2026.
