2 Students looking for 2-3 housemates or available house for 25/26

We are 2 aerospace engineering students seeking either 2/3 housemates to search for a place together or an available house for our fourth year (2025/2026 academic year). Our rough budget is around £550 per person per month including bills, and we'd ideally like to be within walking distance of the university. We are friendly, tidy and focused on our studies.
