Looking for one housemate to join house of 6

We’re a group of 3rd/4th year students looking for one housemate to fill our spare room next year in our house of 6 on Padwell Road (near Lidl 2 mins from stag gates). It’s a 12th month contract starting in July with student Nofee. Nice house with all double rooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious garden. There’s four girls, studying history, language and 2 studying nursing. One boy, so preferably another male housemate. We all enjoy going out, but we’re in final year so studying will also be a big priority. Please get in touch for more info!
