Looking for a new housemate July 2025- 3 bedroom flat, mixed.

We are currently looking for a new tenant to take over a contract from July 2025. I am currently a second year student and so is my other flatmate. There are 3 rooms each fully furnished with a small double bed, desk, wardrobe and drawers and shelves. Our flat has one bathroom with shower and toilet and another seperate toilet. There is a kitchen lounge diner which was refurbished last year it comes with a dishwasher and a clothes washer and dryer. The lounge area is open plan with the kitchen and has 2 sofas and a tv with a table and chairs as well. The flat is modern and we have floor to ceiling windows over looking the communal garden area that has outside seating that is shared with the other flats. The flats are owned by SuperUni which is a company that houses students in nearby university's so all the other flats are occupied by students. The block of flats are secure as they're gated with a warden and there is also a locked bike storage and nearby street parking, which you can get a permit for. Also there are to bus stops, including UniLink, it takes about 10min by bus to Highfield interchange and takes about 10min by bike to Avenue Campus. My flatmate and I are friendly and we are happy to go out or stay in and hang out. We are one male and one female. Our location is Columbia Lodge, Vermont Close, SO16 7QL.
