Looking for 1 housemate - ASAP!

Were looking for 1 person to replace a housemate who has moved out. The house has 2 guy 3rd year aero/astro engineering students, and a girl who finished her studies last year. The house is in Highfield, by Avenue campus, and about a 10 minute walk from Highfield Campus. Rent is £345 per month with bills on top which usually total around £40.
