Open spot in a house for second year with four other girls

I unfortunately have to drop out of a housing contract for next year due to personal reasons. I am looking for someone to take my room, living with four other girls. They are all lovely. Its a five bedroom house on Gordon Avenue (Portswood), with double beds in the bedrooms. Crucially, I am looking for someone willing to be nut free in the house, as one of the girls has a severe nut allergy. Someone nice and clean also. Rent is £110 per week, without bills included. Bills per person is estimated to be around £17 extra per week. The lease is through Poswall Lettings and runs from 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2026. If you are interested, please message me.
